Whatever!

Some days turn out to be so drab you wonder what you're doing on planet earth. There are days when we just keep wasting time and find no reason how to utilize time to the fullest. Either we while away time on the computer or we're hooked to the TV. Never do we realise the need to step outside and see the world. Our home is definitely not the world. Internet can take us to the world but can never give us the experience of getting a handwritten letter or an experience we would personally get when we physically travel and meet people .

E-mails, I feel are very impersonal as you lose touch with the way you write and most importantly - what we are taught as kids in kindergarten - to write alphabets in running handwriting. Computer technology has been successful in not only making the world a smaller place but also in making the people who inhabit this planet lazy. Not a day goes by without interacting with the computer; it has become a part and parcel of our lives. Am not blaming the computer for what change it has brought to our lives. The change has been both negative and positive. But why blame a non-living thing when human beings themselves don't realise the significance of the moment.

Nowadays no one lives in the moment but for the moment. Life is filled with competition and is a never ending rat race be it in school, college or even in the work place . The only time I feel we get to think are sadly the times when we brood over something of the past which we cannot totally let go off. We lose time when we sit and think about things that are no longer in our hands. What has gone out of our hand will never come back. Like the famous proverb goes, " Do not cry over spilt milk."

People create blogs to share thoughts with millions who browse the net daily in their free time. Some blogs get recognised for their extraordinary content while other bloggers are just happy remaining anonymous and flooding their sites with photos. It's all a matter of choice I guess. Be it write ups or photos, both have their own way of telling stories. What a write-up tells in a few words, the picture conveys in the moment that has been framed or captured. Thoughts are so inter-connected and interlinked that I can keep on rambling without a stop. I better sign off now.I will not say I have recorded my thoughts of the day as when am offline there are millions that pass through my mind that I cannot even catch or give expression to. Adieu! Adieu!
