Mars and Venus....Grrh Never mind

Behind every eye lies a story -something beyond our comprehension, understanding and even perception. Eyes either tell stories or hide some.

Everybody has an eye for detail but for different things in life. Priorities therefore are different when it comes to guys and girls. A guy loves his videogames, has a passion for technology and a zoom in eye when it comes to spotting hot chicks. A girl has an eye for shopping, a craving for shoes and a never ending appetite for gossip. Am not saying girls do not eye candy but they would rather shop and be oblivious of the world around them.

Yesterday when I went to Plaza Singapura to meet a friend for lunch we saw a shop filled with women. The shop space was not so big but the ladies were not intimidated by the closure. They were more involved in trying on clothes and they meant business. When a woman means business, she does not bother about nudging other shoulders or squeezing through to get her hands on a good bargain. For at that moment what counts more, the lack of space or the indulgence in a discount?

Guys on the other hand don't have patience to stand in a line or crowd to get clothes. They would rather cut the line and get things done faster. Their perspective on that is they are more focused in their needs unlike women who run like chickens pecking on everything.

It's the same case when women can never understand a man's attachment to technology and cars. It's a man's world and men can never get tired of it. Gadgets lure men into a world of their own and they temporarily switch off when engaged with them. Especially with the X-box craze, football and cricket catching on, women will have a hard time dragging their guy friends out who may be in the process of becoming permanent couch potatoes.

No matter how different the He and she are, no matter how varied their interests are, they still get along like a house on fire. Be it in movies like when Harry met Sally or Korean movie Seducing Mr. Perfect where both the counterparts cannot live together or live apart.

Life's ironies and stories are shaped in the form of men and women... What’s your take on that?

You maybe right, but I think you're generalizing too much. Not all guys are gadget crazy (ok, I am) - but you maybe right about the "zoom" for hot chicks. But trust me, it can get tiring ;)

You're absolutely right about girls - their endless shopping kills me. I do like shopping, but only if I really need something - which doesn't apply to girls, of course :D.

Coming to not being able hold our attention, trust me honey, ask us out for a dinner, and into the closet go all the gadgets ;). Good writing. Keep it up!

Your faith over generalized facts are so strong that you miss to see the unique passion each soul possess.

Sun rises every morning, it’s a very common event but still every sun rise has a unique beauty that no one has ever denied.

If we all gals and boys danced to the same tune with the same steps then you wouldn’t be you here presenting with what you do best. Instead you would be busy shopping shoes and I would be busy playing Xbox.

Put down your glasses of generalized facts and admire the unique persona each soul possess. Trust me you will love it.
