bitter chocolate..nah but i still like it that way

You know what annoys me a lot..the fact that eventhough drilling goes on in the flat above I still have the mood to write. But what is more annoying is losing all the data you just keyed in.

A few minutes ago I was almost done with my blog entry. But look what happened. I failed to save it and slaughtered all my efforts. Whatever I blogged for the past half an hour got erased in seconds. That's the problem with life. No matter how positive you want to get there's always something to pull you down.

I guess that's how we learn to value every moment in life. IF life always happened the way we wanted it to there would be no fun. If we got the lives we wanted there would be no balance. That is very evident when we see the movie BRUCE ALMIGHTY..when we see how hard Jim Carrey tries to play the role of the ideal god. Though the movie captures funny moments of man who tries to be god , it also reveals how chaotic life turns when Carrey grants all men their wishes and dreams.

Life is like that. If we had the remotes to our lives and could make it work the way we wanted would we even require faith or god for that matter. Being insane is one thing and preserving sanity is another. But still both are one and the same thing when we desire too much of happiness or sadness. Ok shall not rattle on with my philosophy. My point is we all need to make small adjustments in life to make it a happy and smooth sailing through life. I know it's easy to preach and hard to practice. But I too am practicing in ways I can. After all life cannot always be the way I want it to be. Can it? I think now it's time for a refresher.

What shall I talk about now..hmm movies seems the next best topic to books. I thought only books opened doors to places beyond our imagination. But with technological advancement movies are not far behind in any aspect.

Today am planning to catch a hindi movie at Bedok called NEAL n NIKKI. When I saw Salaam Namaste..I visited Melbourne. Nowadays you needn't exactly physically to a place to admire it. You just have to hit one of your neighbourhood theatres. As simple as that. With Bollywood squandering money to promote the best locales like Canada or Sydney( Dil Chahta Hai) people needn't travel too far to get there. These places and more are available at just $6 on weekdays and $9 on weekends.
